WENDY RENARD – PRESIDENT
Hi, my name is Wendy Renard. I am the President and founder of Renard Consulting, established in 2019. The company was formed out of a request from my clients who were asking for HR expertise.
With over 20+ years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, I have established a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. As a passionate advocate for creating thriving workplace cultures, I have successfully led initiatives that bridge the gap between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Throughout my career my passion in recruiting top-tier talent across various industries, employing innovative sourcing techniques and data-driven approaches has led to our success at Renard Consulting. A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University in Human Resource along with my extensive time leading people - has allowed for me to develop specific strategies in recruiting. I believe that the key to a successful organization lies in not just attracting the right candidates, but also fostering an environment where employees feel valued and motivated to grow.
We have implemented numerous retention programs that focus on professional development, recognition, and work-life balance, significantly reducing turnover rates and enhancing team morale. My commitment to diversity and inclusion has further enriched workplace dynamics, driving better business outcomes and fostering a culture of belonging.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world including my favorite place - Japan, hiking and reading.
KELSIE BOHM - SENIOR HR CONSULTANT
Hi! My name is Kelsie Bohm, a human resources / talent acquisition + development leader. I have built and led internal teams for rapidly growing global brands, manufacturing, medical device, consulting companies, and startups with 20 to ~250 employees and up to 9-figures in annual revenue across multiple US states and China.
As head of HR, I established and implemented strategic policies, processes, benefits, and people management to enable significant growth – 2x employee headcount within my first year of employment for multiple companies – one which landed #610 on the
2020 Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies and then another that led to acquisition by a global athletic brand. I believe these successful business outcomes are a direct result of my curiosity + care for people as well as a driving desire to build genuine, trusting relationships.
Now as an Human Resources Consultant and Fractional HR Leader, I love working with small businesses to equally support the organization and associated employees for sustainable growth, empower people managers with effective guidance and toolkits to lead as well as always look to ensure compliance and mitigate risk + legal liability.
In my free time, I’m a big fan of traveling to spend time with loved ones, (winning) games that require both luck and strategic thinking, and petting all dogs who cross my path.
