Hi, I'm Wendy Renard, founder and President of Renard Consulting. I started the company in 2019 when my clients kept asking for my HR expertise, and I've loved growing it ever since.

With 20+ years in Human Resources, I specialize in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention. I'm passionate about building workplaces where company goals and employee happiness work together. A Cardinal Stritch University graduate in Human Resources, I pair innovative, data-driven recruiting with years of hands-on experience leading people.

I believe great organizations don't just hire the right people, they create a place where employees feel valued and motivated to grow. That's why I build retention programs around development, recognition, and work-life balance, with diversity, inclusion, and belonging at the heart of it all.

Outside of work, I love traveling the world (Japan is my favorite!), hiking, and reading.

Hi, I'm Kelsie Bohm! I'm an HR and talent leader who loves helping growing companies build teams people are proud to be part of.

I've led HR for global brands, startups, and manufacturing and medical device companies, from 20 to about 250 employees and up to nine figures in revenue. At multiple companies, I doubled headcount in my first year. One landed at #610 on the 2020 Inc 5000, and another was acquired by a global athletic brand. I credit that success to curiosity, genuine care for people, and building real, trusting relationships.

Today, as a consultant and Fractional HR Leader, I partner with small businesses to support both the company and its people. I give managers practical tools to lead with confidence, and I help keep you compliant and protected along the way.

Outside of work, you'll find me traveling with loved ones, winning games that mix luck and strategy, and petting every dog who crosses my path.

Hi, I'm Ryan! I help growing businesses make their technology and daily operations work smarter, so their teams can focus on people and growth.

With 10+ years in IT and Digital Transformation for Fortune 500 companies, I've worked as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, IT Consultant, and Product Manager in The US and Japan. Along the way, I've guided Salesforce CRM projects and global expansion work for manufacturing, automotive, airline, and financial companies. I'm good at turning complex business needs into simple, practical solutions.

Today, I support Renard Consulting clients by streamlining processes, choosing the right tools, and keeping projects on track. I work comfortably in both English and Japanese, and I enjoy bridging teams across cultures.

I grew up in Minnesota and now call Tokyo home. Outside of work, I follow the latest tech trends, play golf, and explore hot springs around Japan.

Hi, I'm Molly Lease! I help businesses find great people and helps those people grow.

I joined Renard Consulting after several years at home raising my three girls. That time gave me fresh perspective and purpose, and I bring both to my work every day. Before that, I spent years in client management, building strong relationships, handling complex needs, and delivering high-quality service. I'm collaborative and solutions-oriented, and I believe in clear communication and partnerships that last.

Today, I'm passionate about identifying, engaging, and developing top talent, and about helping you build a team that fits your business.

Outside of work, I love watching my daughters grow into their own unique personalities. I also care deeply about empathy, equity, and advocacy, and I try to bring them everywhere I go.
